Enjoy hydroponics, enjoy growing
EDO AQUA GLASS
EDO AQUA GLASS is a vase for hydroponics where you can enjoy the beautiful gradation of colored glass while watching plants grow in water. It's perfect as an interior decoration, allowing you to admire the beautiful roots extending into the water or enjoy the reflections of light from the glass when placed by a window. You can grow bulbs and succulents. The top and bottom parts are separate, making it easy to change the water and care for daily. It can also be used as a vase for cut flowers, so you can use it throughout the four seasons. It's a hydroponic vessel that is easy to grow in various lifestyles, regardless of location or season.

Recommended for people who:
・Love plants ・Are busy with business trips or travel and have let their houseplants die (hydroponics don't require daily watering and are less likely to die) ・Want to decorate their kitchen, shop, or restaurant with plants (no soil means no insects and it's hygienic) ・Value their daily life and want to use authentic items for their interior. EDO AQUA GLASS makes daily life more enjoyable. EDO AQUA GLASS is a handmade glass created one by one by artisans using a single blowing pipe. There are four colors: Sora Cross, which offers a play of shadows and colors with Kiriko patterns; Kurenai Dot, which features countless dots created with Kiriko and sandblasting; Clear, which allows you to enjoy colored glass and plants; and Suki Clear, which is colorless and transparent glass for a simple aesthetic. Each is unique and enjoyable to grow. Comes in a Paulownia wood box.

*If the plant grows too much due to the environment, it is recommended to cut the flowers early.

  • Sora Cross
A Kiriko pattern applied to the upper and lower parts, inspired by growing plants. The shadows illuminated by light are also beautiful.
  • Kurenai Dot
A unique pattern with countless dots, a combined technique of sandblasting and Kiriko processing, making it a one-of-a-kind vase. The dots are expressed in Kiriko to enjoy admiring the growing roots. Peeking through the Kiriko dots reveals tiny dots, a pattern carefully crafted by artisans. The countless playful dots on the red glass, which is difficult to color vibrantly. Kurenai Dot is a joy to behold.
  • Midori Clear
The combination of refreshing new green and plants is an undeniable match. Midori Clear is simple and allows you to enjoy colored glass and plants. It's a standard color that beautifully displays everything from succulents like cacti to cut flowers.
  • Suki Clear
Colorless and transparent glass, it pairs perfectly with plants. Since it separates into upper and lower parts, the top part can be inverted and used as a single-flower vase. Suki Clear is a standard clear that blends into any room.
